How Beeftown handles your information

What we collect

When you send a table request or a job application, Beeftown stores your name, phone number, whatever else you choose to enter, and the IP address that request came from. The IP address is used to block spam and as evidence that you ticked the consent box; it is erased at the same time as the rest. If you attach a CV, the file is kept in a private store that only the owner and managers can open.

Beeftown uses no third-party analytics — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking you across other sites.

The data is held in Supabase, a database service Beeftown rents. Nobody else reads it.

What we use it for

Booking details are used so the restaurant can call to confirm. Job applications are used to arrange a meeting. We only send news about dishes or events if you tick the box yourself — that box is never pre-ticked, and leaving it unticked does not affect your booking.

How long we keep it

Job applications are kept for six months from the date you apply, after which name, phone, email, IP address and CV file are erased. What remains — the date and the role applied for — is kept in a form that no longer identifies you, so the restaurant knows how many people applied in each round.

Booking details are kept so the restaurant can see your history with us. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you can opt out of messages at any time.Contact details will be published here when the restaurant opens.
