How to delete your information

Information from Messenger

Beeftown's automated assistant on Messenger does not store the text of your messages. It only keeps a one-way encrypted ID and what you are in the middle of entering (date, time, number of guests, name, phone number). This is deleted automatically after 30 days without a conversation — you do not need to do anything.

To delete it now: send xóa dữ liệu ("delete data") to the Beeftown Page on Messenger. The assistant clears what you were entering and asks a member of staff to handle the rest.

Booking requests and job applications

Table requests (sent on the website or on Messenger) and job applications are kept as described on the Privacy page. To have them deleted, send a request with the phone number you used —by messaging the Beeftown Page on Messenger.The restaurant deletes your name, phone number and related details, then lets you know.

Data Meta keeps

Meta keeps its copy of the Messenger conversation under Meta's own policy. You can delete the conversation in the Messenger app; that does not affect a table request you have already sent.
