Our beef is cut and sealed in skin-pack trays and laid out on the counter, so you can see exactly what you are choosing. The counter staff will help you find what suits your table.
Every tray has its own label, so the weight and price of each one are right there at the counter.
Then the whole table grills it together on the gas grill at your table.
How to read the tray label
- Cut — Which cut is in the tray.
- Price / 100g — Makes it easy to compare cuts.
- Weight — Weighed for each tray.
- Final price — The price of this exact tray, VAT included.
- Packed on — The day the tray was cut and packed.
